Shipping

We ship domestic orders via a domestic courier.

International orders are shipped via FedEX on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. As such, clients are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred from purchasing goods internationally. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from Fedex. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

 

Order Tracking

Upon completing the online checkout process you will receive an email with a confirmation of your order that details items ordered, sizes, colors, quantities, and billing and shipping addresses.

Once your order has been received, confirmed, and dispatched you will receive another email with your tracking number.

 

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the items you received, we will refund your purchase only within 10 days from the date of receipt of the order. If this window has passed, we will still accept merchandise purchased online for store credit or exchange within 20 days of delivery.

The only request we have is that you return the items unused, without scratches / stains in the same original condition as received.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns unless the reason for return is a result of our error.

Made to order items are made specifically to your specifications so they cannot be returned and no refunds will be made. Items that have been altered after purchase are also not refundable.

All returns that are returned outside of the return period, damaged or worn or sent without the original documentation cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

 

Refunds

We will send you a notification email with the return status after the returned items are received and inspected by us. If your return is accepted, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to your original mode of payment.
